Design Department

Moulding Department
Once the 3D design is approved, the process begins with 3D printing and moulding. Our skilled moulding experts, with decades of experience, ensure precision and exceptional results. Models can range from a simple ring to intricate designs with interlocking shapes and multiple colors. The final mould is crafted from a rubber block with a negative impression of the jewelry, carefully carved to achieve fine details and unique artistry. Every jewelry piece starts with an original metal model, created using traditional techniques like hand-carved wax and advanced moulding methods. These time-honored wax casting techniques, used for centuries, allow us to deliver pieces that feel like miniature works of art to be treasured forever.
Waxing Department
Once the master mould is completed, the waxing process begins for bulk production. Before proceeding, samples are shared for your approval to ensure accuracy. Bulk production allows us to create anywhere from 100 to 10,000 identical pieces with precision. Each wax model is crafted and handled with the utmost care, as it represents the original form of the final piece. A flawless wax ensures that the finished metal jewelry is equally perfect in detail and quality.
Casting Department
Once the wax models are prepared, the casting process begins. This step transforms the delicate wax designs into solid metal pieces using advanced casting techniques.
